What we collect
When you join the waitlist or submit a story, we collect the information you give us directly: your name, email address, role, and city. We also record basic technical data (a hashed IP address, the page you signed up from) to prevent abuse.
How we use it
We use your information to hold your place on the waitlist, notify you when Urbn launches in your city, and understand which cities and roles to prioritize first. We do not use your data to make automated decisions about you.
What we never do
We never sell your personal information. We never share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Story submissions are reviewed before publishing, and names and identifying details are changed or withheld on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to remove your waitlist entry or a submitted story at any time by emailing us at the address below.
